Dr.Memmory the following.
1) I would try the Tras at a few different settings, 15-18. 15 first.
2) Also, bump the Northbridge voltage up by .1V to compensate for tighter timings. It isn't just the RAM that works harder when the memory bus timings are faster. The memory controller and RAM work as one unit. Bumping the NB voltage can open up the timing window after timings are tightened.
3) Next, I'd try starting with 5-5-5, and change one timing at a time. It may be just one of the timings that is affecting stability.
