IMO you aren't going to get $300 for your card since you can get it new for $260 after MIR, plus a full warranty since I don't think EVGA's warranty is transferable, but I could be mistaken.

The HD4870 is spot on with the GTX260 (192) I believe though the 216 was released to plainly beat the HD4870.

However, the GTX260 will suit you fine regardless of 192 or 216SP. It's a solid card.
