Do you want to push the CPU overclock to the limit ? If not, you could save acouple of dollars and buy the GTX or used Fusion V1. If you want the best then :
Fuzion V2 or GTZ. Like others said, dont bother with the quad plate for the v2, does not change a lot.
And for the liquid general concensus seems to point towards water with anti-algae.
