It depends a lot on how high you want to overclock your computer, and what kind of budget you have. The GT is a good waterblock, but the Fuzion V2 and GTZ are noticeably better. If you decide to use the Fuzion, don't bother with the quad-core insert, since it doesn't seem to help much. But either is a good choice.

For coolant, you can use the pre-mixed special coolants if you want, but I much prefer using distilled water with a drop of anti-algae (for example, PT_Nuke). The special coolants such as Fluid XP+, Primochill, Feser One don't necessarily work any better, but if you spill some on your system, you MIGHT get lucky and not have anything break.
