Perhaps my earlier statement was confusing.
I currently fold with the GPU client and Boinc with my leftover CPU cycles. My PPD on both have taken a hit since going to the 4870 from the 8800GT. While I was running the SMP client by itself, I was getting about 2850 ppd.
