That'd be assuming Newegg Canada works as a independent. It may be coordinated so that products are sent in bulk to the USA warehouses, then up north. It's inefficient, but they could order bulk orders more frequently from over sea markets and perhaps for cheaper prices (though canadians wouldn't gain from this as we'd pay the shipping prices between the two nations). BC would make the most sense, but it's never a guarrentee as they may wish to target denser regions (populations wise) in the east, rather then the country as a whole.
