1366x768 is the res.
My brother has a 26" LG as his monitor with the same res. Looks fine but things are "big" due to the low res. I tried running 1080i on it and it runs but everything is impossible to read.
I'd personally just get a 24" LCD monitor with a 1920x1200 res.
