Are you serious? If Nvidia wasn't taking AMD serious then why did they drop their prices so fast and so much on their current crop of losing video cards?
Nvidia cannot and will not compete in the CPU market. They haven't even made a worthwhile chipset since the NF4, never mind a platform. Nvidia is trying to hard and is falling short even with the most powerful single GPU card. Kinda funny if you ask me.
