Not in Edmonton it isn't. You only get the service if you pay for it, most times like 10% for "IPR", or Instant Product Replacement. The edmonton staff lying to make sales(they work commision) doesn't help either...I'll stick with NCIX. I mean, I don't bring stuff back unless it doesn't work. 95% of the time they've tried to give me back the same product "oh we tested it, and it works fine", after calling me a couple of days later. Then I tell them how to duplicate the problem...and get my new product. Nevermind waiting 4 weeks for Micron RMA through them, "oh we haven't recieved and RMA number yet"...too kthe product back on monday from them, Micron had me new sticks by friday the same week
