I vote for Cogeco too. Bell is an EVIL company and they overcharge horribly for everything. I cut their wire off my house because of my extreme dislike for them. I have yet to hit the 60GB download cap and some months I really pull in alot. As people say, caps are pretty much the norm and are going to become the norm very soon. I have the up to 10MB/s plan and I download usually around 1200kb/s.

PS: I live in the middle of nowhere too in a town of 9K people. Cogeco rules.......
