We're just east of Peterborough, and we use
Persona. I don't know if they service your area, but it might be worth looking into. We've been with them for 2-1/2 years, and have nothing but praise for them. We have 6 mbps/640kbps cable(cable's not bad) for $43.95/month(it shows $46.95 on their site) and
no caps. I consistantly DL @ 721kbps..any time of day.
