I just saw this, you absolutely have to make sure that the process DLLML.exe is not running (it's from Creative software). Terminate the process and delete DLLML.exe from your hard drive. I have had this process cause instability of all sorts on my PC a few years back and the fix was as described above. The process doesn't do anything important.
