8800GT was artifacting because I must've pushed it hard or messed it up setting up watercooling block + ramsinks... put thermal paste back on and stock enclosure and shipped it out. Once they received it they shipped a new one out to me which came in 1-3 days. FLAWLESS.
8800GTX watercooled was artifacting because I bought it off of someone from RFD (who actually kept following up with me to resolve the situation in my favour). Shipped it off to them. They received it but didn't update the RMA status for 4 business days, then I called them and they found it that day. A new one was sent out to me the day they found it. Amazing.
No receipts needed, shipping within Canada, tech support takes a while to reach, but other than that... BFG will be getting all of my videocard business from now on.  |
