Default my second gen customize computer

i built my very first own customize computer in 2002... you had no idea how crazy/exciting i was...

right now... i have good knowledge, am still researcher and information searcher... and also find reliable source that i can trust...

anyway... what is your opinion... or i need your feedback...

[strikeline]Antec Three Hundred Mini Tower Gaming Case 300 ATX 3X5.25 6X3.5INT No PS Front USB & Audio 52.98 [/strikeline]
original i want CM 690 or sunbeam quarterback but can't find good deal for cm690 or QB is not selling at NCIX... i am not big fan of antec 900...

Coolermaster CM 690 Mid Tower Black ATX Case 5X5.25 5X3.5INT No PS Front USB Sound Firewire & eSATA 69.99
bought it from HWC deal... not bad deal... huh? i hope for less than 60cdn >.>;

i also am opening for recommend case as good as cm 690

Intel Core 2 Quad Q9450 Quad Core Processor LGA775 2.66GHZ Yorkfield 1333FSB 12MB OEM No HSF 314.99...
i am part time of gamer and entertainment person... and use lots of applications as well... i almost go to with eb400 for 175.99...

Thermalright ULTRA-120 Extreme Black Edition 6 Heatpipe Cooler LGA775 Heatsink *Fan Not Included* $64.99
according more than 90% its probably BEST cpu cooler in the market ANYHOW... i need good fans... any suggestion? i know about p12 and s12 ( i was wrong about p12)... i believe p12 is excellent fan but what about other good value or high cfm at good price? such as yate loon? i careless about silent anyway...

ASUS P5Q Deluxe ATX LGA775 P45 DDR2 3PCI-E16 2PCI-E1 2PCI SATA2 Sound GBLAN eSATA 1394 Motherboard $198.99
original i want x48-dq6 because its probably best class a motherboard... but too expensive (348cdn?)... i decide a5q deluxe because its very close same as ga-x48-dq6 at good price... i hope i dont regret to get it... i am big fan of gigabyte because of reliable and quality compare to asus... i dont want sli or gaming mobo...

Mushkin XP PC2-8500 4GB 2X2GB DDR2-1066 CL5-5-5-15 240PIN Dual Channel Memory Kit $94.99
according to many reviews... it has excellent OC potential and probably better than most known brand rams... i almost choose ascent at same price but i think xp is better than ascent...

Corsair CMPSU-620HX 620W ATX Triple 12V 50A 24PIN ATX Modular Power Supply 120MM Fan 2X PCI-E 104.99
not easy for me to change my mind about enermax... i am huge fan of enermax... but corsair price of tw750 is very attractive... i changed my mind to buy hx620 because i believe its better than tw750...

[strikeline]EVGA E-GEFORCE GTX 260 Ssc 626MHZ 896MB 2.106GHZ GDDR3 PCI-E Dual DVI-I HDCP HDTV Out Video Card[/strikeline]
i researched on both sc and ssc... so i decide to go with ssc because of oc headroom... i was almost getting 4870 but not good deal (can't oc or modified... low oc room, warrenty) as i thought... i missed 254.99 from visiontek tho...

EVGA E-GEFORCE 9800GX2 600MHZ 1GB 2.0GHZ GDDR3 PCI-E Dual DVI-I HDMI HDCP Video Card 289.99

very hot deal from ncix! i believe its the fastest video card right now... i will upgrade it when new video card is out... OR very good deal from Gt280 because of value in future...

[strikeline]150GB RAPTOR SATA I 10K RPM 16MB 3.5IN 150MB/S 130cdn without taxes from private seller...[/strikeline]
pretty good deal... i careless about new or whatever... i want fastest hdd for OS, programs and games only... raptor x is very ridiculous expensive (219cdn)

[strikeline]Hitachi Deskstar 7K1000 750GB SATA2 7200RPM 32MB Cache Hard Drive OEM - dont buy yet...[/strikeline]
i need clean my 520 gb hard drives... and sell my old computer... i believe its fastest in the largest storage...

Western Digital Caviar SE16 640GB SATA2 7200RPM 16MB Hard Drive OEM 3YR MFR Warranty 79.98

i refund raptor and cancel 7k1000 because i found wd se16 640gb is very good at the price... its almost fast but bigger than raptor...

i will wait for good deal for more than 1tib... i am happy to split the wd 640 into 140 and 500gb

[strikeline]4X Noctua NF-P12-1300 120MM Ultra Quiet Cooling Fan 1100-1300RPM 63-92M3/H 12.6-19.8DBA Molex $25.98

from HWC deal... oh well... good deal... eh?

4X Zalman ZM-F3 120MM Sleeve Bearing Case Fan Black 900/1800RPM 20/34DBA 3PIN Connector $5.55

awesome deal and much better than p12 as i research and get help/ feedback from here

Logitech G15 2ND Gen Gaming Keyboard USB Black Silver Amber LCD Panel Programmable Backlit Keys $48.88

very good deal...

- coolit ram or maybe do mod?
- some fans << still work on it... [strikeline]need two for TB 120 and two fans or more for antec 300 case... need to cool down hard drivers as well[/strikeline]

[strikeline]keyboard - i have a new crappy regular logitch keyboard... i want something good... maybe logitech g15? [/strikeline]
mouse - i still have mx500 in new brand box... i dont use because i already told logitech that my original have scroll wheel problem... they sent me a free another... very impressive... i fixed the problem without my knowledge... anyway i think of get better like g5 (seems too small for my hand... g9 seems not comfortable... dont touch it yet.. what about mx rev?) so i can use it for a while... until i get a good deal
lcd - no clue... maybe cheap samsung? not big fan of lcd monitor hahahha...

geez... i talked too much?

anyway what is your opinion...or suggestion? and what can i improve my list?

many thanks to HWC members who are very generous helping me with information and feedback...
