Ah, I don't have the proper clock to use the program, guy has the same board as me and everything.
Weird enough when I upped the FSB nothing happened, I used a similar clock to the one he suggested and upped it by like.. 40 mhz and it locked up on me.
I need a way to change the voltage thats all.
And my cpu stays at a cool 30c non-oced and even as low as 20c
