hehe. Nice try infiniti but no thanks. The PSU is for an 'extra' PC I am building. It's a micro ATX and it will only have 1 vid card in it. I don't think I will need a 700w for that
Yeah, I guess you wouldn't. Anyways, if you just bought the PSU, you should be quite safe from an electric shock. If you used it or it was on before, you should wait a minimum of 5 hours before you open it up, to get rid of any dangerous voltages lurking around.

From the Antec Quattro 850W I took apart, the fan was plugged into a power connection that was two pinned. Heres a picture I took:
