I'm going to build one of these this week and will post a couple of pics.

Always liked Eldonko's builds' but that just couldn't happen in my room....

Personally the radiator in the esky of ice and water was my favourite, have you tried adding salt, it will lower the freezing point (and thus melting point) of ice and give you another 4-5C I would guess. The copper radiator and the hose clamps should all be corrosive free, just need a good rinse afterwards.
