Yes, the P5Q should have no problems with that RAM. What CPU are you running, and do you plan on overclocking it? If it's a dual-core(especially Wolfdale), then definitely get the PC2-8000...if it's a quad, then high FSB's aren't as likely and you could get away with the 6400. Actually, i'd say in either case, get the 8000..it's cheaper..
and rated for 1000MHz. Timings aren't as important as RAM-speed...though in all likelyhood, both sets will probably perform very similarly. GL
