Default Help on this build

I'm actually looking to buy a new gaming rig in the 1500-1600$ price range. I checked quick on Newegg and here's what I came with for 1600$. Any comments ?

Case: Fractal Design Define R4 - Fractal Design Define R4 with Window Black Pearl Silent ATX Mid Tower Case

CPU: Intel Core i5 4670K Haswell 3.4 GHz - Intel Core i5-4670K Haswell 3.4GHz LGA 1150 84W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics BX80646I54670K

Heatsink: Phanteks PH-TC12DX - Phanteks PH-TC12DX 120mm PWM CPU Cooler

Motherboard: Gigabyte Z87X-UD3H - GIGABYTE GA-Z87X-UD3H LGA 1150 Intel Z87 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard with UEFI BIOS

GPU: Gigabyte N770 GTX "Windforce" 2 GB - GIGABYTE GV-N770OC-2GD GeForce GTX 770 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 HDCP Ready Video Card

Power supply: Rosewill Capstone Modular 750W GOLD - Rosewill CAPSTONE-650-M 650W Continuous @ 50C, Intel Haswell Ready, 80 PLUS GOLD, ATX12V v2.31 & EPS12V v2.92, SLI/CrossFire Ready, Modular Active PFC Power Supply

HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2 TB - Seagate Barracuda STBD2000101 2TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Retail kit

SSD: Samsung 840 Pro 128 GB - SAMSUNG 840 Pro Series MZ-7PD128BW 2.5" 128GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)

Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8 GB - 1600 MHz - CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9B

Now, some questions:

- Is Rosewill a good brand for power supplies ?

- Should I invest in better cooling ?

- What are the big differences between the Z87X-D3H and Z87X-UD3H boards from Gigabyte ?

If I have other questions, I'll post them there. Thanks in advance for your help !
