I do so very love Arctic cooling fans. PWM sharing + super silent + affordable. The only one's that are quieter afaik are the Noctua fans, the low speed Scythes or Nexus fans - all of which cost more or much more. (I don't consider the faster Scythes silent because in my experience anyone of the 1600rpm models of higher have a whine to them when running at max.)
