Fragmentation does not result in loss of disk space.
I would suggest a program that shows what folder/files are using what space. I think I once used RidNacs and another one I have forgot the name of, but I do not know if it is considered good or not so YMMV.
Also, you do not need to defragment a SSD, and windows 8+your motherboard are new enough to support TRIM if you had a SSD that did not run it's own garbage collections routines.
