Draw out a diagram of the system before installing and tilt the thing every way you can until all air is out. Usually takes a day or so to get rid of all the bubbles. Use distilled water and leak test for 24 hours before firing it up.

Also dont skimp on parts, this is a long term investment. Ive been running the same H20 system for 10 years with only changes in water blocks as new platforms come out.
