Okay for just about anything you ever wanted to know about your system info, hardware etc, I have been using this for years:

|MG| EVEREST Free Edition 2.20

CPU-z can provide info on your CPU and RAM specs:

Ever wondered what all the processors running are, well this app extends the task manager significantly and allows right click "googling" of any background process:

Most have heard off and used memtest86+ but here is a Windows based memory tester:
