If you are bent on using that much thermal paste please don't use silver. Use plain old white stuff it's non conductive... The pads you are using on the ram and vrms are way too thick too. The thicker one should be on the GPU die. The reason why we use pads is because it is impossible to make a board where all the contact points are perfectly flat and they are all a little bit different simply based on manufacturing. It is an inescapable flaw on every PCB.
