pics? More than likely it's something simple. Could you post some pics of the overall rig, plus some close-ins of the connectors that you are questioning?
Also, the make and model of your motherboard, pls.
A couple of things off the top of my head. Is your GPU (if so equipped) seated properly, with all power connectors attached? Do you have a fan plugged into the fan header marked 'CPU'?
