Here at work I have personally seen at least 4 machines get completely toasted by PSU's. I say at least because there may have been more but the memory is not what it used to be. The brand of all of the PSUs were Antec, and that right there is one of the reasons I got us out of using Antec PSUs.

Kudos to NZXT for the way they have been handling this. I know that I will certainly be looking into their parts more than I have in the past.
