Sadly it sounds like you got a questionable PSU, do you have any memory in your spare bin to test to ensure its not the ram?Any "capped" capicators on the motherboard, IE bulging on the top of the capicators. Besides that.......from my nonprofesional opinion that Seasonic PSU is a dud......
