These are some rough numbers on my tower, my UPS has my 3 monitors on it as well so it looks like roughly 100-120W of this is my monitors.
System under full load ie 3Dmark 2013 extreme or prime95+furmark peaks between 720-750. Highest peak reading never stayed there I would say the avg under full bore would be 700.
Idle it never really idles on my cpu as I always have something going on, but it sits idle at 280W.
