Yeah it does, especially for folks like myself who refuse to buy gear in the auction house. Ammys and Gloves out of the 1.07 patch plans stand the best chance of producing godly results.
Once I discovered that my single hellfire ring wasn't level restricted I set about creating a new barb (never did say I was imaginative when it came to names..... ;) ). Took roughly 30 hours of gameplay to hit lvl 60 and I was able to gear her/it up as a dual wield frenzy barb due to finding both a socketed sister mighty weapon to the set item I already had, as well as finding a very tasty ilvl 63 mighty belt.

Just started inferno and needs a lot of tweaking WRT all res on gear but I have to say that I enjoy the speed of playing a dual wield frenzy barb over my main one with the skorn... pity the skorn provides an extra 50K DPS, but we'll see...... ;)
