Either sets of RAM would be fine. And the motherboard will come with SATA cables. Nothing you need to buy extra.

Another quick question, the RAMs are 1.65v, is it really that "bad" as some people say compare to 1.5v ?
(And considering the setup i have?)

EDIT : Should i go with the Corsair Vengeance 2x4gb 1600mhz at 1.5v ?
