My System Specs

Default

Direct Canada is good, but they are ultimately a subsidary of NCIX. You can price match online with NCIX (there's a button at the bottom of the shopping cart page). You just provide the link to the site and the price.

Currently, that APU (CPU) is the cheapest at NCIX at $99 for example. That motherboard is cheapest at Direct Canada currently.

Anyways, my list would look something like this:
APU/CPU - $99.99: AMD A8-5600K APU Quad Core Processor Socket FM2 3.2GHZ 4MB 100W Retail Box
Motherboard - $93.57: ASUS F2A85-M/CSM mATX FM2 85X FCH DDR3 2PCI-E16 1PCI-E1 1PCI SATA3 DVI HDMI USB3.0 Motherboard - DirectCanada
PSU - $47.25: Corsair CX Series CX430M 430W ATX 12V 80 Plus Bronze Modular Power Supply - DirectCanada
Case - $29.99: Bitfenix Merc Alpha Steel Black ATX Mid Tower Case 3X5.25 7X3.25 1X2.5 *No PS* Top USB2.0 Audio
RAM - $46.99: Mushkin Enhanced Silverline Stiletto 8GB 2X4GB PC3-10666 DDR3-1333 9-9-9-24 Dual Channel Memory Kit
HDD - $69.99: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB SATA 6GB/S 7200RPM 64MB Cache 3.5in Hard Drive OEM

Total: $387.78

If you want to spend a little more, I'd find a better case. Not saying that's a bad case, but the expansion slot covers are only 1-time removable (which I hate).
