My System Specs

A hard thin plastic about 1/32" thick, would be the best material for making a re-usable stencil. This type of material can be cleaned. And will produce a better edge than bristol board. I have also used .015" or .010" brass shim stock for stencils. These could be cleaned with a thinners and still cut with an exacto knife.
