Default The how much power does your computer use thread

I thought it might be a useful resource to pool together any actual power usage information people may have to give others a real world idea of what power supply to use and how much power they can be expecting to use. Please no approximations or from website reviews/ calculators (only using some form of power meter etc).

To start, my computer is older, but basically phenom II x3 710, gtx 460, 1tb wd black, 3 120mm and 1 140mm case fans, 2x2gb 1066 ddr2, all through a Seasonic s12II 500w. Power use from a blueplanet energy meter.

On and idle 98w.
Average in gaming 265w.
Peak it has recorded (not using high stress programs, just my usage) 280w.
