My System Specs

Default I have two machines, Need input

Hey Guys,

I have some questions for you guys. I currently run 2 machines and I will list the specs below and what kind of input I am looking for.

System 1 (my home machine)
Corsair 600T Computer Case
Corsair HX850W Power Supplie
ASUS X58 Rampage III GENE Motherboard
Intel Core i7-970 Six-Core Processor
Corsair Vengenance 12GB DDR3 Memory
ASUS DirectCU II Geforce GTX 660 Ti Videocard
Mushkin Chronos 120GB Solid State Hard Drive (Boot Drive)
Seagate Barracuda XT 2TB Hard Drive (Game Drive)
Western Digital Caviar Green 2TB Hard Drive (Storage Drive 1)
Western Digital Caviar Green 2TB Hard Drive (Storage Drive 2)
Western Digital Caviar Green 2TB Hard Drive (Storage Drive 3)
LG BH08LS20 Blu-Ray Player - Rewriter
Windows 7 Ultimate x64 Opersating System

System 2 (my personal work rig)
Bitfenix Prodigy mini-ITX Computer Case
Corsair Professional HX650W Power Supplie
ASUS P8Z77-I Deluxe Motherboard
Intel Core i7-3770K Unlocked Quad-Core Processor
Corsair Vengenance 8GB DDR3 Memory
EVGA Geforce GTX480 Video Card
Intel 520 Series 120GB Solid State Hard Drive (Boot Drive)
Western Digital Caviar Green 2TB Hard Drive (Storage Drive 1)
Windows 7 Home Premium x64 Operating System

I mostly do video editing and games on my machine at home (system 1) and my work machine is used just for personal use while I am at work (system 2)

I am looking for input on what I should do in terms of my two processors. I was wondering if I should remove the GTX660 from my home machine, pull the i7 3770k from my work machine, order a new socket 1155 motherboard for my i7 3770k, pull the Intel 5 series ssd from my work machine and than re-build my home machine using the good parts from system 1, and good parts from system 2 and Frankenstein a machine together out of it.

Sometimes while I am at work it feels like my i7 3770k is faster than the i7 970 I am running at home and I just can't decide if I should start part swapping and build a new home system reusing parts from System 1 and System 2 or if I should just leave things the way they are.

Any input or thoughts are greatly appreciated
