Correct, only the X270OC can get UP TO 120Hz. Some people can get to 130Hz, some people get as little as 110Hz. Either way, they are superior to current 60Hz panels at prices that are indisputably second to none (The closest competition is made by 120Hz.net and costs a whopping $719.99).

The PCBs they are using is from the famous Catleab 2B monitors that people discovered early last yet before the price doubled and the PCB got restricted to ~67Hz. They are currently working on an in-house PCB that can might do 120Hz natively, we'll see.
