I'd go with the Dell U2713HM and a second GTX 660ti. The Dell goes on sale regularly for under $700.00. If you're doing video editing I'm assuming you use the REC.709 color space, so a regular, non-wide gamut or sRGB screen should be good.
If you need the wide gamut, the U2713H (no "M") is a GBr-LED back-lit screen that can do standard (sRGB) and wide gamut and can be hardware calibrated. This monitor is a replacement for the U2711, and in my opinion, a big upgrade.
The Samsung is nice, but it's flimsy, and expensive compared to the Asus, and generally is getting a bit long in the tooth.
The Asus is also nice, but marred with inconsistent quality.
I'd personally go with the Dell due to their excellent customer service.
