As far as I'm aware there are no headphones that limit the volume in any way. Also everyone is different so it wouldn't exactly be easy to accomplish this without limiting the volume to under 85db or more. Long exposure to loud music is a big culprit so try and be careful. If you have ringing in your ears after listening then it's too loud.
