What will you use the computer for? What is your budget?
I can give suggestions after that info, but my first points are that I would swap to a better quality power supply (a quality 520-650w psu is plenty), and if you don't have an SSD I would change the hard drive to a WD black. If you are mainly gaming I would also back up the suggestion to go to a i5 3570k.
