Indeed - Mine is OCed at 4.0 on air cooling using the stock cooler! Personally I could go do even 4.2, but I would personally go for an AMC of any OC above that..... however, I don't use AUTO settings in bios, I do everything manual, and doing so I could reduce temps. I guess I have a good batch of chips because mine is tweaked at a manual 1.1V and running at 4Ghz stable, I've stressed with AIDA64, and hours of gaming, video encoding, etc, and it's running strong, never exceeding 72C under full load (all cores maxed out to 100%). On auto settings (BIOS) same speed, above 85-87C. Proper case airflow and fans, manual tweaking trial and error.
