This build will get you up and into Windows. Don't expect to play many games on the IGP though. Later on, you can get a graphics card (GTX660Ti), CPU cooler (Corsair H80i), and an 240GB SSD (Crucial M4 or Intel 520), and then you'll have a great high end rig.
