See Great Big Abyss's post for a perfect build, though I would personally get a different case and not bother with an optical drive.
Other thing I would change would be the Black HDD, they are fast and awesomely reliable BUT they are STUPIDY loud.
And you don't need the speed in your storage drive.
Last thing I would suggest is buying quiet fans for your case and cooler.
You want it to run cool but you don't want it to sound like a wind tunnel either.(like mine. :( )
