Wow.....you are getting some really mixed (and in my opinion pretty bad) recommendations. Given your budget and power supply find a cheap hd5670 (as some others have mentioned), hd 6670, hd 5750, or hd 6750...that is the order from slowest to fastest for graphics, so the 6750 would be the best if you can find one in your budget.
I would not recommend a 4850. It is now old technology that will use more power and make more heat.
EDIT: That all said, it would be best if you had a bit more money available so you could get a better power supply and a graphics card.
