Default Warranty service from Logitech on a G9x mouse

Has anyone got any warranty service from Logitech.I had bought a Logitech G9x mouse (The Call of DutyMW3 one) .The left button starting double clicking and would'nt stay if I held it down.I had it about six months.I called there warranty department and told him what it was doing and ocourse he had me go though a bunch of steps.I told him I had other mice that I plugged in and they worked fine.He asked where I bought it and I said newegg.he did'nt ask me to send proof or nothing.He just wanted to know the part number and serial number .Then he told me that they would be sending me a new one and it would be shipped by UPS so I could track it.Sure enough three days later I got a email with a tracking number.I never had service like that,they usally want you to ship them the broken one and then you would get one.Best warranty service I had in a long time on a $100 mouse.
