My System Specs

Default

It should but seasonic has a 1050watt Gold modular that has 87amps on the 12v rail for the same price as the 860watt platium wich has 71 amps. You are really just paying that extra for 2% extra on the effenciency. This way you don't have to worry incase you upgrade to something that needs more power.
Newegg.com - SeaSonic X-SERIES X-1050 1050W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Certified CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Full Modular Active PFC Power Supply They have both of them for the same price $199 and it is a seasonic so you know it is a good brand. Two HD7970 lightings should draw around 410watts before overclocking and a i7-3820 draws around 225watts when overclocked to 4.6gigs and 184watts at default. So that is around 635 watts and add all the other stuff you have dawing off the 12v rail.It looks like a 860watts should be plenty.
