Can't add a mobo water block to a closed loop cpu cooler.
Antec also has this one ( Antec Spot Cool 100 Adjustable System Cooler Blue LED Dual Mode 1000-2000RPM 16-24.8DBA 4.9-9.8CFM ), but note that while it's listed as being less noisy, it also doesn't move anywhere near as much air, however you just need targeted air movement not necessarily a lot of movement.
