Default ASUS Crosshair V Formula Super hot NB

Okay I just switched from my antec 900 case to the Cooler master storm stryker full tower but... my temps just went through the roof.. which makes absolutely no sense to me.

My PC specs are as follows:
GFX: Radeon HD 6950
MB: Crosshair V Formula
PSU: Antec True Power 750w
RAM: 16gig(4x4x4x4) Corsair Vengence 1866Mhz
CPU: AMD FX 8150 3.6Ghz
OS: Windows 7 Home premium
CPU cooling: Antec Khuler 620 close loop liquid cooling

And after starting up since using the new case my Ram will no longer run at 1866mhz but will only stay at stock frequency.

Temps previously used to be atleast 10 degrees cooler. but right now my main concern is my NB temps which are getting to almost 60 degrees on stock BIOS settings. I've had this Motherboard for almost a year now and its never gotten that high of a temp never higher than 40-45 degrees maximum. and my CPU used to never go above 30-33 degrees.

Please help me! i can't afford a new motherboard right now.
