The 840 pro and gtx are the best performers. The scandisk is probably the cheapest, but its still a decent drive. I would probably investigate warranty for each drive. You don't want to shell out money for a new top of the line drive and not have good coverage should it fail.
edit: you definitely cannot go wrong with an intel drive. They have good waranty service in my experience.
