Update time! I got the top panel cut out. Cutting was surprisingly easy despite the thickness of the case. (One side is a bit off, I know. I corrected that a bit with my file) The biggest problem was cleanup, because those metal shards just stuck to
everything. 
Radiator sits pretty well in the opening. With compressed fittings I should have a little bit of clearance still.
Speaking of cleaning up metal shards, this magnet came in handy! Just make sure that if you do decide to use a magnet to pick up the shards, keep a good grip on it. I let that get out of my hands and it made a ding on the back of my 5.25" bays.
