Don't use a microfiber cloth cause you'll pretty much no airflow with that. I'm running the same fan setup by the way, with a triple radiator up top. I just have mine unfiltered and I vacuum my rig from time to time. I'm sure you can find an add-on 120mm fan filter for just a few bucks. Or like said above, panty hose MIGHT work.
