Default Help with FAST Work PC - NO gaming

Hi Guys Hope you can help
Ive read a bunch of your posts and it seems you have some deep knowledge.

1. What YOUR PC will be used for.
Its my work machine. Self employed consultant. Used for remote support using teamviewer. Often with 3 or 4 remote sessions at once. Also fro web development, repair.
Do LAMP development/repairs. Photoshop CS3. Video editing. Often have 10 apps open at once. PC runs 24x7. Want speed, boot speed, editing speed, multitasking speed.
Time is money. Will NOT overclock, Like to NOT hear the PC or fans so quiet is important.
Currently have 2 dell 22" LCDs planning to add 2 more in 2x2 format so I can slide sessions to thier own window. Will NOT do ANY serious gaming. Dont care about or want see through panels or LEDs or glowing cables.

2. What YOUR budget is. ~$2000 dont have to spend it all

3. What country YOU will be buying YOUR parts from. USA - Some will come from amazon since I have $550 credit there

4. IF YOU have a brand preference. Intel, gigabyte and well known, well supported brands. Gigabyte is optional - current board has been good to me but would consider other names like ASUS etc

5. If YOU intend on using any of YOUR current parts, and if so, what those parts are.
Reuse some : will use your recommendations:
Windows 7 Pro 64 bit - Staying with windows 7.
Drives: ok with adding or replacing older drives
Western Digital WD Black WD1001FALS 1TB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache
older Western Digital Raptor WD1600ADFS 160GB 10000 RPM 16MB Cache
Seagate Barracuda 7200.9 ST3500641AS 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache
Antec Sonata III 500 case - Antec 500w PS - 2 antec 120 m fans
Gigabyte GA-P55A-UD3 MB - 2009 - Ive had pretty good luck with the Gigabyte MB -
Intel i5 750@ 2.67 Ghz
8gn kingston Hyper X memory - (slots full )
NVidea geforce 7900 GS

6. IF YOU have searched and/or read similar threads.
Definately want Samsung 256 gb 840 pro SSD for OS
Looking at newer i7 processor and 16 gb ram or more.
Would like 2 gigabit ethernet ports but not a must have.

7. IF YOU plan on overclocking or run the system at default speeds.
NO OC - Ive dabbled with it and the instability inst worth it.

8. WHEN do you plan to build it?
In next few weeks

9. What resolution and settings do you use?
Want to run (4) 22-27 inch monitors at 1920x1080 or more

10. Are there any specific technologies you want?
USB 3
SSD
Future proof - the PC needs to be fast for the next 3-4 years
Dont typically pay for latest processor or fastest drives - speed delta never worth cost.
